How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Adactiv account, please send an email to:

What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- ✕ Your profile information (name, email, age, height, weight)
- ✕ Training plans and workout history
- ✕ Nutrition logs and meal tracking data
- ✕ AI Coach conversation history
- ✕ Progress photos and weight logs
- ✕ Connected third-party accounts (Strava)
Data Retention
Legal Consent Records
Records of your consent to our terms and privacy policy are retained for legal compliance purposes, as required by Swiss law (nDSG). These records are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
Subscription Records
If you had an active subscription, transaction records may be retained by payment processors (Google Play, RevenueCat) according to their policies.
Deletion Timeline
Days to Complete
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Cancel any active subscriptions before requesting deletion
• Downloaded data or exports you've made remain on your device
• If you're a coach, client relationships will be terminated
