Why does the athlete tier have a yearly cap?
The CHF 2'300/year cap on the athlete tier keeps the casual referral program separate from professional partnerships. If you're routinely hitting that ceiling, you're operating like a coach or gym partner and we'll move you to that tier instead.
Do coaches and gyms pay for Adactiv?
No. Coaches and gym partners get full Adactiv access for free. The revenue you generate by bringing in athletes is how the relationship works on both sides.
How does the 10% discount on referred users work?
Anyone who signs up through a partner link automatically gets a 10% discount on their Adactiv plan, for as long as they stay subscribed. They don't need to enter a code; the discount is attached to the link. Your commission is calculated on the discounted price.
Does the commission stop if the user cancels?
Yes. Commissions are tied to active subscriptions. If a user cancels, the recurring share ends with that subscription. If they resubscribe later under your link, it picks back up.
Can I be in more than one tier?
You sit in one tier at a time. The system is hierarchical: athletes earn 20% (capped), coaches earn 30%, gym partners earn a higher recurring share that's agreed when the partnership is set up. If you grow out of one tier, the rate moves up with you.
