Every month, a new rule goes viral. Most people jump from one to the next without knowing the science behind any of them. And the sets in the video were set for the person in the video: their recovery, their sleep, their genetics, their week. Copy them, and you train someone else's plan.

Ten teams from Central Switzerland pitched at the Award Night on 26 March 2026 in the Technopark Luzern. Adactiv won first place, CHF 1,000 and a wildcard for the zünder accelerator.
